JOB OVERVIEW.
Fetch is seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Partnership Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the insurance industry, particularly in property and casualty insurance and voluntary benefits. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding the unique needs and challenges of insurance agents and brokers and will excel in developing targeted marketing strategies and collateral to support them in selling Fetch pet insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Collaborating with partners, insurance agents, and brokers to identify pain points, needs, and market trends in the insurance industry.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively promote our insurance products to B2B clients.
  • Creating compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, brochures, case studies, whitepapers, success stories, testimonials, newsletters and website content, tailored to the specific needs of insurance agents and brokers.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Continuously developing and refining the Fetch value proposition and positioning to distribution partners.
  • Measuring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date with advancements in insurance products, industry regulations, and marketing best practices.


REQUIRED SKILLS.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing within the insurance industry, with a focus on property and casualty insurance and/or voluntary benefits.
  • Experience with integrated campaigns to all members of the insurance distribution channel.
  • Strong written communication and data analysis skills.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, industry dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with internal teams, partners, and clients.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
